Therefore we cannot be flexible in the day we expect you to pay. We expect the monthly payment (calendar month) be executed the first day of each month in Residencia Estudiantil AMARU bank account, which will be provided on time. Only for the months when you arrive and depart (check-in and check-out) you can decide to pay for the entire month or on a per-day basis. The cost per day is 1/20 of the monthly payment. This implies that if you are going to stay more than 20 days, it is convenient for you to pay for the entire month, and if you stay less than 20 days you can save some money.
